Return process
Would you like to change your mind? Please note that you have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange. Any personalized creation cannot be returned. You can return a package within 14 days of receipt. Free returns in Metropolitan France; shipping costs may be charged to the customer for international shipments. Returns should be sent to the following address: Diane Neuville, Les Pierres d'Anna - 20 rue de Provence, 78000 Versailles, France.
To return a product, you must follow the following procedure:
1. Send a writting unequivocal return request. You can use the contact form directly on our site, or send an email to: contact@lespierresdanna.com.
2. A confirmation email with a return slip will be sent to you.
3. Put the product(s) back in their original box, in the same condition as you received it (them), with all packaging elements, accessories, instructions or any other document present in the original package.
4. Please close the package and send it as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days after communicating your decision to withdraw. In the case of a return for a refund, return costs as well as insurance costs are covered for Metropolitan France. For this, you must return the package using the slip provided during the return request. Fees may be charged to the customer for international shipments.
You must keep proof of the return shipment, and we decline any responsibility if you are unable to provide such proof. Only the goods received by our service Les pierres d'Anna at 20 rue de Provence, Versailles, France, will be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you decide to use a different logistics partner from the one we provided, you will be responsible for any risk of loss or damage to the product during transport until the product is in our possession.
5. Upon receipt of your product we will check its perfect condition. Our products must be returned in new and intact condition in the original Les Pierres d'Anna box and packaging, including all accessories and documents. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used or modified from its original condition in any way. All returns will be subject to our Quality Control. If the products do not meet Quality Control standards, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you at your expense. If the returned product passes Quality Control, we will proceed with the refund or applicable exchange. The refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method that the buyer used for the initial transaction.
Personalized jewelry (such as specific chain length, stone color) will not be returned or exchanged and cannot be refunded once the order has been placed.
