Refund policy
PRICE - PAYMENT
The applicable prices are those displayed on the Site on the day of the order. These prices may be modified at any time by the Publisher. The displayed prices are valid only on the day of the order and do not have an effect for the future.
The prices indicated on the Site are in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery charges.
Payment method
The Customer can make their payment via PayPal.
In the case of credit card payments, the Publisher does not have access to any data related to the Customer's payment methods. The payment is made directly between the banking institution.
In the case of payment by mandate, check, or bank transfer, the delivery times do not begin to run until the date of receipt of the payment by the Publisher.
Billing
The Publisher will send or make available to the Customer an electronic invoice after each payment. The Customer expressly agrees to receive invoices electronically.
DELIVERY
Free shipping in Metropolitan France. Additional shipping costs for international delivery.
The delivery charges indicated on the Site are in euros, including all taxes.
Orders are delivered by a carrier (such as La Poste, Chronopost, DHL, Mondial Relay) within 10 working days from the perfect receipt of the price by the Publisher.
Some products or some order volumes may, however, justify a delivery time longer than 10 working days.
In the event of delivery of a package that is manifestly and visibly damaged, it is the responsibility of the Customer to refuse it in order to enjoy the guarantee offered by the carrier. The Customer must also inform the seller without delay so that a new package can be prepared and shipped upon receipt of the damaged package in return. In such a case, the delivery times indicated above in these general conditions will no longer apply.
CLAIM - RETRACTION - WARRANTY
Returns are free in mainland France, within fourteen (14) days. Shipping costs may be charged to the customer for international shipments. Follow the return procedure indicated on the "Return Process" page.

Right of withdrawal - Distance selling
This article applies to the Client who has the quality of consumer within the meaning of the preliminary article of the Consumer Code.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force in the field of distance selling, the Customer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except, where applicable, for the cost of return.
The deadline mentioned in the previous paragraph runs from the receipt of the goods by the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him.
In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately or in the case of an order for a good made up of lots or multiple pieces whose delivery is staggered over a defined period, the deadline runs from the receipt of the last good or lot or the last piece. For contracts providing for the regular delivery of goods during a defined period, the deadline runs from the receipt of the first good.
When the fourteen-day deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
The decision to withdraw must be notified to the Publisher in writing or by telephone at the contact details indicated in Article 1 of these general terms and conditions using an unambiguous statement. The Customer has, for example, the possibility of using the standard form provided at the end of these general conditions. The Customer's return request is only effective from the moment the Publisher acknowledges receipt in writing of the Customer's return request. The Customer must then follow exactly the return process that the Publisher will indicate to him.
Effects of the right of withdrawal
The Customer must return the Product(s) in the same condition as he received it (them), and with all the elements of packaging, accessories, and instructions (even if the Product(s) has or have been unpacked), as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days following the communication of his decision to withdraw. The return is made to the following address: Diane Neuville, Les pierres d'Anna, 20 rue de Provence, 78000 Versailles.
In the case of a return for reimbursement, the return costs and insurance costs are covered by the Publisher for mainland France. For this, the package must be returned by the Customer using the slip provided by the Publisher. Fees may be charged to the Customer for international shipments.
Upon receipt of your Product, the professional will check that it is in perfect condition, then acknowledge receipt of the Product. The professional will then refund the Customer the price corresponding to the value of the Products no later than fourteen days following the date on which the return was accepted, using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed by the Customer for the use of another means of payment and to the extent that the refund does not incur any costs for the Customer. However, the professional is not required to reimburse the additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered.
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER is informed that his liability is only incurred vis-à-vis the COMPANY for depreciation of the PRODUCT(S), returned following the exercise of his right of withdrawal, resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of this or these goods.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the Customer's specifications or personalized.
Similarly, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to contracts executed in full by both parties at the express request of the Customer before the latter exercises his right of withdrawal.
Warranties for defects and defects
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the good condition of the Products at the time of delivery. This check must, in particular, relate to the quality, quantities, and references of the Products as well as their conformity to the order. No claim will be taken into account after a period of three days from the delivery. In any event, any complaint concerning the packages delivered will only be taken into account if the Client having the quality of a trader has made reservations with the carrier in accordance with Articles L. 133-3 and following of the Commercial Code.
